Domestic Orders (Bangladesh): All prices displayed on imtiazpranto.com are inclusive of 15% VAT as required under Bangladesh VAT law. No additional tax is added at checkout for domestic orders. Your order confirmation email will include a VAT breakdown.
Tax Invoices: A full VAT invoice is automatically generated for every order. You can download your tax invoice from your account order history at any time. If you need a VAT invoice for business expense purposes, email accounts@imtiazpranto.com with your order number and business TIN. We will issue a formal invoice within 3 business days.
International Orders: Prices shown do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes for international destinations. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs. Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.
Tax Exemptions: We do not currently offer tax-exempt purchasing. All orders are processed with standard VAT applied. Organisations seeking tax-exempt status should contact accounts@imtiazpranto.com for manual review.
