REFUND POLICY

Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take a further 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned with minor signs of use at our discretion – up to 20% deduction
  • Items returned without original tags – BDT 150 restocking fee applied per item
  • Items returned with damaged packaging

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies. To cancel, email orders@imtiazpranto.com with your order number in the subject line marked “CANCEL”. We process cancellation requests every 2 hours during business hours.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email support@imtiazpranto.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return collection and reship the correct item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Faulty item replacements are dispatched within 2 business days of the return being collected.

Gift Returns: If an item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method, not to the gift recipient. Gift recipients wishing to return an item should contact us and we will coordinate with the original purchaser.
