We ship to all districts within Bangladesh and select international destinations.
Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh):
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days – BDT 80 flat rate
- Express delivery: 2-3 business days – BDT 180 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on all orders over BDT 2,500
Dhaka Metro Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a business day qualify for same-day delivery within the Dhaka metropolitan area for a flat fee of BDT 250. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following business day.
International Shipping: We currently ship to India, Singapore, UAE, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Estimated delivery is 10-18 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact support@imtiazpranto.com. We will open an investigation with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund in full within 5 business days of confirmation.
Undeliverable Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping will be charged at the standard rate. If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
