Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. Orders placed by customers under 16 will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Order Limits: A single order may not exceed 20 items. Orders above this limit will be split into multiple shipments at no extra cost, but processing time may increase by up to 2 business days.
Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify the customer by email within 48 hours of discovering the error.
Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 1 business day with the option to substitute, wait, or cancel for a full refund.
Promotional Codes: Only one promotional code may be used per order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Codes marked “single use” expire after first redemption even if the order is later cancelled.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dhaka.
